Ingredients:
1 lbs jumbo shrimp (16-20) peeled and deviened.
2 oz whole butter
1 oz olive oil
3 cloves garlic chopped
2-3 oz’s white wine
3 Tbls green onions chopped
2 Tbls parsley chopped
2 Tbls dijon mustard
4 oz chicken stock
6 oz marinara sauce
2 tsp red pepper flakes
salt and pepper to taste
Your choice of cooked pasta (bowtie, penne, linguini, etc)
Preparation:
Heat pan, add olive oil, butter, and garlic. Saute for 1 minute. Add Shrimp, wine, chicken stock, dijon mustard, marinara sauce, green onions, parsely, and red pepper flakes. Adjust seasoning to taste. Saute just until shrimp turn opaque. Be careful not to overcook shrimp. Toss with pasta and serve./p> This dish is moderately spicy, but for more flamin hot flavor, kick it up a knotch with more red pepper flakes. Great with crusty sour dough bread and white wine. Enjoy!
